Carol Miller has represented West Virginia’s 1st District in Congress since replacing Evan Jenkins in 2019 and previously served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2018. She was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1950 and resides in Huntington. Miller holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Columbia College in South Carolina.
