Miller has been serving as U.S. Representative since replacing Evan Jenkins in 2019 and previously served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2018. Born in Columbus, Ohio in 1950 and currently residing in Huntington, she holds a BA from Columbia College in South Carolina.
