Carol Miller has represented West Virginia’s 1st district in Congress since 2019, following her tenure in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2018. She succeeded Evan Jenkins in Congress and resides in Huntington. Born in Columbus, Ohio in 1950, Miller graduated from Columbia College in South Carolina with a BA in 1972.
