Rep. Carol Miller, who represents West Virginia’s 1st district in the U.S. Congress, recently shared updates and messages with her constituents on social media, highlighting a new healthcare initiative and honoring military veterans.
On November 10, 2025, Rep. Miller announced the launch of a new healthcare project: “The new Marco Mobile Medicine Unit is now in service! Rep. Carol Miller has represented West Virginia’s 1st District in Congress since 2019 after succeeding Evan Jenkins. Before her tenure in Congress, she served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from 2006 to 2018. Born in Columbus, Ohio in 1950, Miller currently resides in Huntington at age 72 and holds a BA from Columbia College in South Carolina.
