Charleston’s Ben Nicol set for NCAA Division II basketball tournament debut

Ben Nicol, a former standout from George Washington High School and a current member of the Charleston Golden Eagles, is set to play in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

Charleston enters as the No. 8 seed and will face top-seeded Gannon Golden Knights in the first round.

Tipoff is scheduled for Saturday, March 14 at 5 p.m. at Highmark Events Center.
