On Friday, March 13, Glenville State Pioneers, featuring former St. Albans High School star JayCee Elzy, were defeated 88-71 by the Winston-Salem State Rams in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament.

The noon contest was held at the Kovalchick Convention and Athletic Complex, marking Glenville State’s first tournament meeting with the Rams.
