Twelve students from Kanawha County Schools have taken a significant step toward their future careers by signing offer letters to join the Toyota 4T Academy. This opportunity allows these rising juniors to gain practical skills in advanced manufacturing at the Toyota Manufacturing Plant located in Buffalo, West Virginia.

The program offers students hands-on experience and training in a high-demand field while they are still in high school. Participants will also earn a paycheck during this time, providing them with valuable real-world experience before graduation.

Upon completing their high school education, many of these students may have the opportunity to begin full-time careers with Toyota. The signing event marked an important moment for the students and their families, as well as the Kanawha County Schools community.
