Twelve students from Kanawha County Schools have taken a significant step toward their future careers by joining the Toyota 4T Academy at the Toyota Manufacturing Plant in Buffalo, West Virginia. These rising juniors will gain hands-on skills in advanced manufacturing while still attending high school.

The 4T Academy offers students real-world experience and training in a high-demand field, allowing them to earn a paycheck before graduation. This initiative not only provides valuable education but also opens up opportunities for full-time careers with Toyota after they complete high school.

The signing event was an important occasion for the students, their families, and the Kanawha County Schools community. The community is eager to see what these students will achieve in the future.
