On Saturday, March 29, former South Charleston High School standout Sydney Young’s current college team, the Ohio Bobcats, lost 9-1 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Northern Illinois Huskies.

The game took place at Mary M. Bell Field. This was their third matchup against the Huskies this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, April 15 at 1 p.m. at Meserve Field against Bowling Green Falcons.
