In another post dated July 8, 2025, Rep. Miller encouraged exploration of West Virginia’s attractions during summer. Carol Miller was born in Columbus, Ohio in 1950 and currently resides in Huntington. She graduated from Columbia College in South Carolina with a BA in 1972.
