On Friday, Jan. 31, former South Charleston High School standouts Emily Ross and Hallie Dinklocker’s current college team, the West Virginia Wesleyan Bobcats, won 4-2 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Converse Valkyries.

The game took place at Tyger River Park. This was their first matchup against the Valkyries this season.

The Bobcats’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 31 at 1:10 p.m. at Tyger River Park against Lynn Fighting Knights.
