Of the 48 people living in Twilight in 2019, 33.3 percent (16) were women and 66.7 percent (32) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Charleston Leader.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 17-to-11. In the 65 and over age range, there were five females and 15 males.
