The National Weather Service in Charleston says light rain showers will transition to sleet and snow, probably beginning around 3 am. In addition, temps drop below freezing. Anticipate slick travel conditions during the morning commute, especially on elevated road surfaces, bridges and overpasses! Snow and sleet will transition back to rain by late morning. High in the upper-30s. A re-freeze and a chance of snow tomorrow night. Low 25. Please give some extra time when traveling Tuesday morning.
