West Virginia State University announced on March 30 that Kyla Summer Miller, manager for the Eastern Region of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, will be the featured guest speaker for its Women’s History Month event scheduled for Tuesday, March 31.

The university said the event is part of its ongoing efforts to celebrate Women’s History Month and aims to provide students and community members with opportunities to learn about leadership and career development from professionals in national organizations.

Miller is expected to discuss her professional journey, her current role at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and offer advice on career opportunities available to students and recent graduates. The session will take place at the Erickson Alumni Center (building 14 on campus) beginning at 12:30 p.m., with refreshments provided.

According to West Virginia State University, students, faculty, staff, and community members are encouraged to attend this session as part of their celebration activities.
