Charleston Healthcare Center had an overall rating of 1 from the CMS, which lags behind the average of 2.5 recorded for nursing homes in West Virginia.

During the quarter, Dunbar Center stood out as the second largest nursing home in Kanawha County, with 120 beds available. Cedar Ridge Center came in third place, with 119 beds available.

As of the fourth quarter of 2023, Charleston Healthcare Center has spent a total of $19,536 in one fine and suffered one penalty.
